Order Process

1. Once payment is received, we will prepare your order (usually within 48 hours).
2. Before shipping the package, we will send an email with actual photos of the details of the bag that will be shipped.
3. If the customer is satisfied, we will send a confirmation to proceed with the shipment. If the customer has any questions, they can ask us for additional photos or decide to cancel the order for a full refund.
4. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will proceed with the shipment of the package.
